Matt was exceptional in the way he professionally handle the process of the sale of the family home.

From day one Matt presented as a professional sales man with extensive knowledge of the local area market. His communication was outstanding with delivering a well presented plan step by step to sell the home. Matt replied to phone calls and enquires the same day. He was able to clarify the process when required. Matt was professional with dealing with family dynamics. At all times I felt very comfortable dealing and speaking to Matt at anytime, Matt made himself available to me at anytime not just office hours. Matt knew the market and he held out to get the best price. Matt got the price we asked for, he did not waver. Nothing was a bother very obliging at all times. Very grateful to Matt for all his help.
